With this data protection declaration, we would like to inform you about the nature, scope and purpose of the personal data collected and processed by us. Furthermore, data subjects are informed of the rights to which they are entitled.

This data protection declaration applies exclusively to services provided by Porsche Inter Auto GmbH & Co KG, but not to data processing by third parties.

Porsche Inter Auto GmbH & Co KG has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your dataagainst loss, manipulation or unauthorised access. The measures taken are subject to regular review and are continuously adapted to the state of the art. If there is a breach of the protection of your personal data that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you immediately.

Porsche Inter Auto GmbH & Co KG does not carry out all processing of personal data itself, but has the support of professional partners.

Web Industry S.r.l, based in Italy, and Porsche Informatik GmbH support us in the development and hosting of the #GotTheDrive app. Web Industry S.r.l and Porsche Informatik GmbH process your personal data exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions in accordance with an order processing contract that meets the requirements of the applicable data protection laws.

The partners are not permitted to use the personal data provided for their own or advertising purposes or to pass them on to unauthorized third parties.

[3.] Use by minors

Please note that all processing of personal data may only be used bypersons who have reached the age of 14. Should such data processing nevertheless occur, we will cease processing this data as soon as we become aware of it.

[4.1] Data provided by you

Personal data will only be processed by us in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. When you register with the App or correspond with us, you acknowledge that the data you provide will be processed for the purposes described below (see points [5.1]and [5.2]).

Employee Information
As part of the employee app, relevant internal company information is shared with employees (e.g. introduction of new employees, annual reports, company events, anonymous surveys...). Employees can use emojis to respond to the posts.

Processing of log data

When you use our #GotTheDrive app, we process the following log data anonymously via our Active Directory:

Birthday greetings and photo
The user can optionally enter his birthday date (day and month) so that his colleagues can congratulate him on his birthday on that day. You can also voluntarily add a photo to your profile.

Promotional videos/photos
The user may voluntarily have image or sound recordings made and published for advertising purposes for the employer. These contributions can be viewed over a longer period of time for advertising purposes for Porsche Inter Auto GmbH und Co KG.

[6.] Rights of data subjects

If the processing is based on consent, you, as the data subject, have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

In principle, you have the rights to information (Art 15 GDPR), correction (Art 16 GDPR), deletion (Art 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art 18 GDPR), objection (Art 21 GDPR), as well as a right to data portability (Art 20 GDPR).

If you are of the opinion that we violate Austrian or European data protection law when processing your data and have thereby violated your rights, we ask you to contact us in order to clarify any questions.
